CAN is organizing a 5-day Spring Break camp called Jump Into Spring for teens with autism between March 8th-12th.  Participants will be involved in activities throughout Vancouver, including Science World, the UBC Botanical Gardens, Grouse Mountain, and bowling.  An emphasis will be placed on teaching the participants how to navigate the city using public transit, and encouraging participation,cooperation, teamwork, and social interaction.  We are looking for volunteers who will be available to help with any or all of the days, starting from 8:30am and going until 4:30pm.  If you are interested, please contact Emily Stuible, Coordinator of Community Programs and Volunteer Services at emily@canucksautism.ca.  Volunteers must be 20 years or older, submit a Volunteer Application Form (see below), and complete a criminal record check.  This is a great opportunity to gain autism experience (up to 40 hours) and to enjoy some fun activities with the participants!  Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
