Employment Facilitator – CAN-STEP
$50,000 – $55,000 per year
Vancouver, CAN Office
Full-time, contract until Dec 26, 2025
Provide flexible and holistic services to support Autistic youth and adults ages 16+ facing barriers to employment! Reporting to the Employment Program Manager, the Employment Facilitator supports participants’ employment readiness by facilitating workshops and supporting job search activities.
Part-Time Program Positions
Employment Support Worker – CAN-STEP
$25/hr + 10% in lieu of benefits ($27.50/hr)
Lower Mainland
Weekdays and/or weekends, 15-30hrs/week
Help Autistic adults prepare for successful employment by providing support as needed during their work experience placements at the employers’ work-sites.
Support Workers – Recreation Programs
$21/hr + 10% in lieu of benefits ($23.10/hr)
Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Mission
Evenings & weekends
Show CAN participants the joy of sports! Provide individualized support to children on the autism spectrum in our Skate, Gymnastics, Swim and Baseball programs. Autism experience not required. Ongoing training provided by our Onsite Supervisors.
