Fishing for Kids West Coast Fishing Club Tournament
What is Fishing for Kids?
The inaugural Fishing For Kids Tournament in 2006 connected business and community leaders who were determined to make a meaningful impact through charitable giving. The event, now in its 11th year, has grown to be acknowledged as one of the premier fundraising events in British Columbia.
West Coast Fishing Club and the breathtaking beauty of the Haida Gwaii is host to this annual event which has contributed over $4 million to help BC Children's Charities. The philanthropy revealed by the participants who return year after year and carry on the tradition of giving, symbolizes the true spirit of the Fishing For Kids Tournament. Since inception, a legacy of generosity has been established by each participant at the event.
Canucks Autism Network is so grateful to the tournament sponsors, participants and volunteers who make such an incredible impact on the lives of children and families living with autism in British Columbia.
