Ready, Willing & Able (RWA)

CAN has partnered with Ready, Willing and Able in British Columbia to create an inclusive labour force and to increase the employment rate of people with autism in our province. Ready, Willing & Able (RWA) is a national initiative active in 20 communities across Canada and funded by the Government of Canada. The initiative is designed to increase the labour force participation of individuals with intellectual disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

BC Partner’s in Workforce Innovation

CAN is proud to support this innovative and collaborative three-year initiative designed to meet the dual objectives of supporting the workforce needs of BC businesses and improving employment outcomes for those with disabilities. Canucks Autism Network is very excited to be a delivery partner of the federally funded nation-wide CommunityWorks Canada project.
